For the second time in less than a year, arsonists have destroyed an entire fleet of pizza delivery scooters outside Domino's Pizza on Darlinghurst Road, Darlinghurst.

Police from Kings Cross Local Area Command are investigating the cause of the fire, in which seven scooters were destroyed outside the pizza franchise just before 5am today.

The pizza business was not damaged.

Police are investigating whether this morning's blaze is linked to a fire that destroyed eight scooters at the same location, where Domino's delivery scooters are parked, in September last year.

Detective Inspector Jason Weinstein confirmed that last year's investigation was ongoing and there were no suspects.

"That investigation is still open," he said.

Anyone with information about the fire, or who may have seen anyone acting suspiciously in the area about that time, should contact Kings Cross police or Crime Stoppers on 1800 333 000.
